David is recognised as one of the United Kingdom Alliance youngest examiner's of dance, he is also a talented musician with many years of live performance and recording experience.

Alongside the tradition of teaching professional dance, David has recently developed his recognition for unique and inspiring music production.

Music

Producer

David started playing the piano at the age of seven and throughout recent years has produced a range of albums featuring dance music with Savoy Music.

He is currently discovering his creative side producing music, with help from the Yamaha Tyros2 Keyboard and Apple Logic Express.

Performer

Performing all over the country David plays for a selection of special occasions, private functions, concerts and dances including:

Ballroom • Latin American • Modern Sequence • Old Time • Social Dances

David was originally inspired to learn music when he saw the famous Wurlitzer Organ rise out of the stage at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

Dance

Teacher

Qualifying as a teacher of dance in 2000, David teaches all age ranges and wide selection of dances including:

Ballroom • Classical Sequence • Freestyle • Latin American • Line Dancing • Modern Sequence • Rock & Roll


David is currently providing classes and individual lessons in:

Berkshire • Hampshire • Herefordshire

He is also a part time teacher at: Allseasons Dance & Leisure and currently elected onto the Executive Council of the GPTD.

Examiner

Through many years David has worked up through Associate, Licentiate and Fellowship levels, in 2009 he was promoted to Examiner for the UKAPTD.


David is also a Licensed Championship Adjudicator for the British Dance Council.
